On TV this Friday: Happy Endings (finally!) returns with a double shot, XIII: The Series aims to Reelz you back in, some gamers’ futures look Grimm and General Hospital fans have a long (and fabulous) weekend shift ahead of them. As a supplement to TVLine's original features (linked within) — and with March Madness unfolding on CBS and TBS — here are 10 programs to keep on your radar.

8 pm Nikita (The CW) | When Nikita decides Division should take on a government mission to eliminate a foreign head of state, Alex refuses to participate and instead recruits Birkoff to dig up secrets to use as leverage in case things go south. But what they find could blow Division apart. Jonathan Adams (Last Man Standing, Bones) guest-stars.

8 pm Fashion Star (NBC) | Pool party, tropical vacation or summer in the city? The designers have to create looks for one of these hot-weather occasions. (What, nothing for “schlepping your kids to their third camp of the month” or “stuck on public transportation with no A/C?”)

8 pm Happy Endings (ABC) | New time slot alert! In back-to-back episodes, David Alan Grier (In Living Color) guest-stars as the loony owner of Chuckles and Huggs, who’s got some bad news for Brad, then Max pretends to be straight to get close to a  girl (played by Saturday Night Live alum Abby Elliott) with Bulls tickets. (Preview the awkwardness.)

9 pm Philip Roth Unmasked (PBS) | The polarizing, Pulitzer Prize-winning author of novels like Portnoy’s Complaint and The Human Stain discusses his life and career on American Masters. Interviewees include actress Mia Farrow and novelist Jonathan Franzen.

9 pm XIII: The Series (Reelz) | Season 2 premiere: XIII ends his self-imposed exile to join the activist anti-globalization group The Veil. But is he really as violent and crazy as he’s acting?

9 pm Grimm (NBC) | Nick and Hank battle a Wesen who’s made an online video game his killing ground. (Get scoop on this week’s baddie.) Meanwhile, Juliette’s hallucinations become a lot clearer.

9 pm Cult (The CW) | As Skye hovers near death as a result of the drug she was slipped at the Cult fan party, she hallucinates that Billy, Kelly and her own father want her to give up her quest for the truth. Meanwhile, Jeff frantically searches for a way to reverse the substance’s effects.

9 pm Shark Tank (ABC) | A pair of Los Angeles-based entrepreneurs show off a device that stops objects from slipping into (and getting lost in) the gap between a car’s front seat and the center console.

10 pm – 1 pm Monday General Hospital marathon (SOAPnet) | In honor of the ABC soap’s 50th anniversary, the cable net offers up a run of 50 classic episodes. Your sojourn begins with the inaugural 1963 hour and includes episodes from every decade, such as Luke and Laura’s wedding, Stone’s death, Maxie’s heart transplant, the Ice Princess caper, Jason’s car accident, Sonny leaving Brenda at the altar and more.

10 pm 20/20 (ABC) | Among tonight’s stories: A man documents his journey to have face-to-face interaction with all 788 of his Facebook friends.
