U.S. Poster For Terrence Malick's 'To The Wonder' Evokes More Passion With Cool Design Mar 4th 2013, 21:50 By this point, you probably feel as if you've seen Terrence Malick's mystical and dreamy upcoming picture, "To The Wonder." Starring Ben Affleck and Olga Kurylenko, along with Rachel McAdams and Javier Bardem, the film has already been released in Europe, and thus you've seen myriad posters, photos, clips, teasers, trailers and behind-the-scenes footage. It's essentially about a man (Affleck) torn between two women, his new bride from Europe (Kurylenko) and his childhood flame (McAdams), and it echoes some of the autobiographical elements of Malick's life (he left one wife to live with a woman in Paris in the 1980s). We saw the film at the Venice Film Festival last year and while reviews were divisive, some mocking the film for appearing like a parody of a Terrence Malick film, we called it, a "raw and heartfelt film Of loss and longing." The film doesn't arrive stateside until April 12th where it will receive a limited release to start.
