Mondo has been putting together some great gallery shows, and once again they're sure to pack the house with their latest exhibition. Alamo Drafthouse's art boutique has put together a gallery based on Cartoon Network's popular series Adventure Time and Regular Show, and we're pleased to bring you some exclusive artwork that will be available for purchase at tonight's show. The pieces were done by J.J. Harrison and James Flames, and are based on Adventure Time. The series is currently in my Netflix queue, and I will definitely watch it at some point based on the praise I've heard. But if you're already a fan, these pieces are worth a look. Both center around a boy and his magical companion and the adventures they share together. It was a nice fit. For me, the original E.T. poster evokes a feeling of soaring adventure coupled with a sense of growing up and loss, and I wanted some of that in this piece, as well. I ...
