Frank Underwood Makes Appearance To Mock John Boehner (VIDEO)
Oct 11th 2013, 23:43, by danny@huffingtonpost.com (Danny Shea)

Frank Underwood has some words for John Boehner. Kevin Spacey's "House of Cards" character, who is the House Whip, appeared in a video tribute to Netflix programming Ted Sarandos earlier this week at the annual Exploring the Arts Gala in New York. Underwood toasted Sarandos but mocked the current Speaker of the House, saying he is "still trying to teach him to speak."

Ricky Gervais joined the cast of "Arrested Development" in also sending their congratulations to Sarandos at the event, which raised over $1 million for arts education in public schools.
