The winners of the 28th annual Independent Spirit Awards were announced on Saturday February 23, 2013, on a ceremony hosted by Andy Samberg at a beach luncheon in Santa Monica. In a tight race for Best Feature, in the end Silver Linings Playbook took home the gold or, in this case, the bird on a pole. The event will be broadcast on IFC tonight at 10pm.
