Another Military Addition To 'Godzilla' Reboot Mar 22nd 2013, 01:09 Event Horizon and Super 8‘s Richard T. Jones has joined the cast of Legendary's now-filming Godzilla reboot that’s being helmed by Monsters director Gareth Edwards, reports Variety. Elizabeth Olsen, Bryan Cranston, Aaron Johnson, Juliette Binoche, David Strathairn and Ken Watanabe have already joined the cast. Legendary's Thomas Tull and Jon Jashni will produce along with Mary Parent. Max Borenstein, Frank Darabont and Dave Callaham penned the script. Production is currently under way. Character descriptions, along with other plot details, are under wraps for now but sources say Jones would be playing a military figure. Warner Bros. will handle distribution on May 16, 2014.
