Justin Timberlake made his big return to the music business earlier this year with "Suit & Tie," a collaboration with rapper Jay-Z. Now, Timberlake is hinting that there may be more where "Suit & Tie" came from.
"I was with [Timbaland] and we were working on some stuff for Miss Beyonce and she made the mistake of letting Jay and I have another room at the studio," Timberlake told BET this week. "I don't want to give too much away but we've done a lot of songs together so hopefully those will find a way to see the light of day."
If the duo does release a collaboration album, it won't be a first for Jay-Z. The rapper has released various collaboration albums over the years including work with R. Kelly and Linkin Park. Jay-Z's most recent album was 2011's "Watch the Throne" with Kanye West, which the duo promoted with a tour of the same name.
"Suit & Tie" is the first single off of Timberlake's new album, "The 20/20 Experience," which drops this week. Billboard reports the album is on track to sell 500,000 copies in its first week.
After the release of the album, Timberlake and Jay-Z will collaborate again for a summer tour, hitting cities across the U.S.
Speaking about his upcoming Legends of the Summer tour with Jay-Z, Timberlake added, "I'm really excited. He's the greatest."
