Steven Brown, JR Ringer and Matt Smith have been promoted to agents in ICM Partners' talent department. All three served in the agency’s trainee program and most recently were coordinators in the talent division. Brown and Ringer joined ICM Partners in 2009, and Smith in 2011. The promotions were announced by talent co-heads Lorrie Bartett, Dar Rollins and Adam Schweitzer.
