Exclusive: Luke Treadaway Lays Out The Plan In Clip From Heist Flick 'Wasteland'

The heist film is practically a genre as old as the cinematic medium itself, dating all the way back to the famed silent "The Great Train Robbery." And over the decades we've seen all manner of lowlives, thugs and hoods plot, plan and steal all manner of loot big and small (and you can check out the ones we love in our feature, Casing 'The Town': Our All-Time Favorite Heist Movies). Sometimes it's one last score before they disappear for good, and other times it's an act for simple revenge. But we'd wager that not many films find a gang embarking on a break-in so they can raise money for...a coffee shop. That's the idea behind "Wasteland," the Brit heist film from director Rowan Athale. Starring Luke Treadaway, Iwan Rheon, Timothy Spall, Neil Maskell, Matthew Lewis, Melissa Kirby and Gerard Kearns, the story follows the young Harvey, sent up to jail for a crime he didn't commit thanks to a local drug kingpin, who hatches a plan that will both let him get revenge and escape...
