When the Hong Kong media started reporting about an upcoming film called Senior Project, it immediately grabbed my attention because the screenwriter was 'Jeremy Lin'. As it turned out, this Jeremy is not the same guy as the NBA player and star of the documentary Linsanity. Instead, he is a 16-year old student from Hong Kong who wrote a script based on his school experiences. The script, described as Superbad meets The Breakfast Club, was quickly picked up by Hollywood and will now be turned into a feature film. In order to improve the film's on-screen quality, Jeremy has launched a Kickstarter campaign to help raise extra funds. I asked Jeremy a few questions about him and his upcoming film.
