As we noted in a feature earlier today, horror movies have been doing brisk business at the box office, and studios couldn't be happier. Cheaper than a traditional blockbuster, the genre has allowed filmmakers to take bigger risks, while studios profit handsomely from movies that are drawing in audiences in waves. And this fall, "Insidious" is hoping to build on the success it set two years ago. "Insidious: Chapter 2" brings back Rose Byrne and Patrick Wilson, along with director James Wan and writer Leigh Whannell, which catches us back up with the Lambert family who have been able to move on from the freaky happenings of the last movie. It seems a childhood secret is keeping them connected with the paranormal, and as they two clips reveals, any efforts to try and maintain the semblance of a normal family life, promptly go out the window.
