Metal band Emmure was forced to cancel their show in Moscow, Russia yesterday after singer Frank Palmeri was electrocuted on stage. Guitarist Mike Mulholland took to Twitter after the show to state that the stage was unsafe and the band would be unable to continue. He proclaimed that the band would be back.
After the incident, Palmeri took to his own Twitter account to state that he almost died on stage after 200 volts coursed through his body.
Footage of the incident, as well as all tweets, can be seen below.
I’m so sorry to all of our Moscow fans who came to see us tonight, the stage was unsafe and electrocuted @frankiepalmeri. We will make it up

The situation is out of our control and it kills us that we can’t play for all of our fans here in Moscow. We love Russia. We WILL be back!
