Djimon Hounsou Joins James Wan's FAST & FURIOUS 7 Sep 11th 2013, 22:49, by Dave Trumbore Djimon Hounsou (Never Back Down) is the latest addition to director James Wan's Fast & Furious 7.  Plot details are still few and far between, but it's known that the seventh installment will film at least partially in Los Angeles.  New cast members include Ronda Rousey, Kurt Russell, Jason Statham and Tony Jaa.  Expect most of the franchise cast to return, with Vin Diesel and Paul Walker as headliners.  Fast & Furious 7 opens July 11, 2014. Hounsou has a busy schedule lined up, with Baggage Claim, Seventh Son and The Vatican Tapes coming soon.  He'll also voice a role in How to Train Your Dragon 2 and is currently filming Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy.
