This week, the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit will hear oral arguments in Verizon's challenge of the Federal Communications Commission's () December 2010 Order on "Preserving the Free and Open Internet." (At lunchtime Monday the 9th you can stream a TechFreedom/International Center for Law & Economics panel discussing the proceedings. My CEI colleague Fred Campbell, who heads our Communications Liberty and Innovation Project, will participate.)
