Exclusive: Spartacus Villain Brings Reign of Terror to The CW's Tomorrow People Sep 8th 2013, 23:04, by Michael Ausiello Yet another Spartacus vet is headed to The CW’s Wednesday lineup. Simon Merrells, who played the evil Marcus Crassus in Starz’ Spartacus: War of the Damned, is joining The Tomorrow People in a recurring role, TVLine has learned exclusively.  RELATED | Fall TV Spoiler Spectacular: Exclusive Scoop on 45 Returning Favorites According to exec producer Phil Klemmer, Merrells will play “somebody who has a lot of power over” Mark Pellegrino’s villain Jedikiah, adding, “We’re going to get to see him, hopefully, through the back half [of the season].” The casting follows last week’s news that Merrells’ Spartacus co-star, Cynthia Addai Robinson, is joining Tomorrow People‘s Wednesday lead-in Arrow as DC Comics baddie Amanda Waller.
