'Camp' Cancelled By NBC After One Season Oct 2nd 2013, 00:58, by laura.prudom@huffingtonpost.com (Laura Prudom) NBC has chosen to cancel "Camp" after one season. The news was broken by star Nikolai Nikolaeff via Twitter on Tuesday afternoon. So... It was a great summer and I loved every minute of it. Sorry to all the @NBCCamp fans out there but no go on #CampSeason2. #upsetting. — Nikolai Nikolaeff (@NNikolaeff) October 1, 2013 The family drama, which centered around the staff and campers at Little Otter Family Camp, starred Rachel Griffiths. Because "Camp" was an international co-production with Matchbox Pictures and BermanBraun and filmed in Australia, it was relatively inexpensive, but still didn't draw enough viewers to earn renewal, averaging a 1.2 rating in the adults 18-49 demo.
