"His goal is to gain focus and insight into his past and recent behavior," the representative said in a statement, "enabling him to continue the pursuit of his life and his career from a healthier vantage point." Brown was recently charged with assault for allegedly punching a man outside a Washington, D.C. hotel. He is also still on probation in California for assaulting Rihanna in 2009.
