South Korea's "Shutdown Law," which aims to keep 16 and under gamers from playing online during a six hour block at night, is causing headaches for console manufacturers trying to comply. It's incredibly difficult to figure out who is under sixteen, and at one point Microsoft was playing with the idea of simply taking Xbox Live offline completely during that block, but finally figured out a way to comply without a complete blackout.
