Is Louisville, Kentucky ripe for an NBA team? In December 2012, I wrote that the city should top the list for an NBA franchise. My position has not necessarily been swayed despite the fact that a recently obtained PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC) study analyzing Louisville's potential as an NBA franchise location indicates that other potential NBA relocation markets could be more attractive than Louisville to the NBA and/or potential ownership groups.
