The actress and her husband Antonio Banderas picked up a ring for Griffith's 56th birthday today, according to photo agency Pacific Coast News, which caught the lovey-dovey couple walking hand-in-hand in sunny Puerto Banus, Marbella, Friday. The couple of 16 years were also spotted vacationing in the south of France last week, sunning and tanning themselves on a yacht. Griffith's birthday comes just one day before Banderas' special day. The "Skin I Love In" actor turns 52 years old on Saturday.
