Brie Larson Wins Best Actress at Locarno Film Festival Awards for 'Short Term 12' Aug 17th 2013, 21:08, by Anne Thompson The 66th Locarno International Film Festival has announced its annual awards, or Palmares. The Pardo d'Oro went to Albert Serra's "La Historia de la Meva Mort."
