Hello ladies and gentlemen, Muldoon here with this week's exciting selection of cinematic fun. Before anything - my apologies for posting so late in the day - I had to run down to Houston unexpectedly. I'm genuinely pumped up with the films I get to feature this week and as you can tell by the article title, they've each got a heaping amount of genre goodness that you can really sink your teeth into. (In fact, the cannibal one... Ergh... nevermind - that joke would have been in poor taste...) One thing this week's not missing is creativity out the wazoo. THE CARTRIDGE FAMILY: BATTLE FOR EMPLOYMENT
TRT: 10:23
Up first we have something special, AJ Bowen rockin' a Nintendo themed short written by Jeremy Slater and directed by William Rot. This short is funny, quick, visually interesting, and manages to hold your attention until the the last frame. Plug in and hit play. If you like what you see, go hit up their IndieGoGo and help them make more!
INFINITY SHRED - MAPPER
TRT: 7:53
Up next we've got Dean C. Marcial's stylized space odyssey that transcends time and... well... space. I love the look, and can only really describe it as "clean." "Two astronauts pass the time and through other dimensions after their rocket inexplicably blows up." Be sure to hit up the film's site if you like what you see!
