Lauren's irked by another remake idea, this time It Takes a Thief Oct 31st 2013, 00:41, by Lauren Douglas Because apparently it's impossible to come up with a new idea these days (at least it’s not “BTTF” yet, hey L? – Ed), Universal is looking to make film adaptation of the 1970's TV show “It takes a Thief”. The original TV show told the story of "a young CIA analyst who recruits a brilliant thief, who has managed to evade the CIA to work for him" Kind of sounds like ”White Collar” to me. The story was first reported by Variety.
