I should probably qualify that title with an “It’ll be the funniest thing you see today, if you’re a Resident Evil fan.” There we go. Now, if you fail to find any laughs, you can’t sue me.
This comedy short is brimming with inside jokes and nods to Resident Evil, some of which will only be gleaned by fans of Capcom’s horror series. I’m especially fond of the handgun with the “standard issue” three bullets, a potential problem that’s remedied by the fact that they’ve conveniently scattered ammunition about the facility. Actually, I take that back. Even if you’re not a fan of the series, there’s still a good chance this will be the funniest thing you watch today.
