Edinburgh is one of the U.K.'s liveliest cities all year long, but it's about to get positively electric. Beginning this weekend and through the month, half a million visitors will descend on the city for some of the world's biggest performance and cultural festivals, including the Festival Fringe, International Festival, Royal Military Tattoo and International Book Festival.
