Kim Kardashian's really getting into the graphic self-portraiture lately. Two weeks ago she shared an icky "vampire facial" treatment of her face covered in her own blood on an episode of "Kourtney & Kim Take Miami."
Now the pregnant reality star (and girlfriend of rapper Kanye West) is posting a photo on her Instagram of her heavily made-up face covered in acupuncture needles with the caption "Oh just relaxing."
