'Urban Tarzan' Catches Bear With Hidden Cameras And Dougnuts
Apr 10th 2013, 06:45

Urban Tarzan and his sidekick Caveman had a dangerous task to complete on the latest episode of "Urban Tarzan." They had to rescue a bear from the black market. To do so, they used a combination of hidden cameras to be able to see the bear from a safer distance -- and doughnuts. Apparently, bears love doughnuts more than pick-a-nick baskets and honey pots?

Bears are often sold on the black market for their gallbladders and bile. According to She Knows, these items are mostly "used in Eastern medicine for a variety of ailments, including diabetes, liver disease and heart disease."

While it's a very real problem, and a very grisly end for many bears, at least Urban Tarzan and Caveman can know that they saved one bear from this dark fate.

See more dangerous rescues every week on "Urban Tarzan," Tuesdays at 10:30 p.m. ET on Spike.
