Lady Gaga is still dressing weird -- and finally releasing a new album. Gaga's "ARTPOP" -- her third record -- will arrive on Nov. 11, according to a statement on her website.
But that's not all! The album will drop alongside an app that the singer describes as "a musicial and visual engineering system that combines music, art, fashion and technology."
