Family Guy Exclusive: Lauren Bacall to Put the Moves on Peter In Season 12 Aug 14th 2013, 21:20, by Rebecca Iannucci Family Guy is adding a legendary voice to its Season 12 guest roster. Screen siren Lauren Bacall will guest-star in an upcoming episode of the FOX series, TVLine has exclusively learned. Bacall will play Peter’s mom’s BFF in an episode, titled “Mom’s the Word,” that will deal with the death of Peter Griffin’s mom. Bacall’s character, a recent widow, will form a close bond with grieving Peter — that is, until she starts making passes at him and goes in for a totally inappropriate kiss. Though she’s best known for her work on the silver screen in films such as The Big Sleep and To Have and Have Not, Bacall has appeared on a handful of television shows, including a cameo appearance on The Sopranos in 2006. Bacall’s episode of Family Guy will air in January. She joins the animated series’ previously announced Season 12 guest stars, which include Peter Dinklage (Game of Thrones), Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad) and Adam Levine (The Voice).
