Honey Boo Boo has caused some trouble over Girl Scout cookies.
According to TMZ, the TLC reality star, whose real name is Alana Thompson, had her online campaign -- in which she posted an ad with her face on it to her Facebook page -- shut down by the Girl Scouts Of The USA.
The organization stated that online sales are not in the spirit of what the Girl Scouts stand for, but will count the sales she's already made.
It's no wonder that Honey Boo Boo is a successful saleswoman. Her series "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" averaged 2.3 million viewers in its first season, and the seven-year-old has built a strong fan base.
"'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo' has become a pop culture phenomenon," Amy Winter, general manager of TLC, said in a statement. "What you see is what you get and we are excited to share even more of Alana and her family's unbridled hilarity, sincerity and love with our viewers."
