Things Get 'Insidious' This September! Mar 1st 2013, 23:14 The James Wan-directed Insidious Chapter 2 now open in theaters September 20, giving the director of Saw, Dead Silence and the forthcoming The Conjuring an extra month to complete. It is now filming in Los Angeles with Patrick Wilson, Rose Byrne, Lin Shaye, Ty Simpkins, Barbara Hershey, Leigh Whannell, Angus Sampson, Andrew Astor, Jocelin Donahue and Danielle Bisutti filling the cast. As she did in the first Insidious, Oscar-nominated Hershey will play the role of Lorraine Lambert, the mother to Patrick Wilson's Josh Lambert and the grandmother to the demon-possessed boy Dalton.
