Rookie Blue and the newly renewed Hannibal got the best news this Thursday night, holding steady in their ratings while all others were on the downside.
ABC’s summertime cop drama drew 5.8 million total viewers and a 1.2 demo rating, matching last week’s numbers and topping the 10 o’clock hour on both counts.
NBC’s Hannibal meanwhile did 2.4 mil/1.0, shedding just a few eyeballs week-to-week.
Thursday’s biggest drop was sustained by Fox’s Does Someone Have to Go, which with 2.6 mil and a 1.0 was down 13 and 23 percent from its debut. Opening Fox’s night, Hell’s Kitchen (5 mil/2.0) was down 11 percent and two tenths.
Elsewhere on ABC, Wipeout (4.5 mil/1.1) and Motive (5.7 mil/1.2) each ticked down a tenth.
NBC’s second double-pump of Anne Heche’s Save Me (2.9 mil/0.7, 2.35 mil/0.6) fell 13 percent in audience versus premiere night, and dipped slightly in the demo.
CBS’ Big Bang Theory repeat (9 mil/2.0) tied Hell’s Kitchen for the nightly demo win while drawing Thursday’s largest audience. Leading out of that, Mike & Molly‘s rescheduled season finale (7.8 mil/1.8) was off 6 and 25 percent from its last fresh Monday episode.
