I get a kick out of Spike Lee's ongoing Kickstarter campaign, and the way he's keeping his contributors informed on the progress of their investment. He's effectively pulling them into his world, as participants in his ongoing adventure. As I donated $40 to his campaign (I have not yet received my Spike's Joint T-shirt), I get the status reports.
